SEABROOK ISLAND

Set within the wooded landscape of Seabrook Island, this 3,400-square-foot home was designed as a permanent retreat for longtime vacationers seeking a deeper connection to the Low Country. Surrounded by oaks, palms, and expansive marsh views, the new-construction residence balances refined coastal living with relaxed functionality.

The design approach emphasized clarity of space and flow—preserving uninterrupted sightlines to the landscape while establishing distinct yet cohesive zones for living, dining, and rest. A soft natural palette of oak floors, white millwork, and botanical textiles unifies the interiors, creating continuity and calm throughout.

Interior details reflect the home’s setting: driftwood tones, seagrass hues, and custom botanical prints echo the textures and colors outside. Key spaces include a screened dining porch designed for year-round use, a kitchen anchored by a sculptural chandelier and veined stone island, and a serene primary suite nestled in the treetops. At the rear, a shaded terrace and plunge pool complete the home’s seamless connection to nature.
